Colakides & Associates is an architecture, urban design and structural engineering consultancy family practice founded in 1954 by Fotis Colakides (BArch, Columbia, MArch Harvard) (1923-2009). With over 450 built projects in its portfolio it has extensive experience in public and private projects of various scales. The current partners of the practice, Yiannis Colakides (AADipl) and Costas Colakides (B.Eng, M.Sc (Eng), MBA) have over 25 years experience in the Cypriot development market.
Colakides & Associates has been recognised in Cyprus and internationally through awards, publications and exhibitions. It is based in Limassol, Cyprus.
Colakides & Associates with its experience in urban design, new buildings, alterations, interior design on urban, suburban and rural sites has a proven ability to navigate successfully through client groups, local and state government, corporate bodies and individuals. Our experience extends to extensive client liaison and places our team in a position from which to undertake projects of a sensitive nature particularly with regard to planning. Whether in an urban setting or open landscape, the design response of each project to local and client issues is consistent in materials, form and as response to the inherent qualities of that site and program.
